Headin to VIR tomorrow to race my first AMA race. Qualifing is Saturday, and then Superstock race on Sunday. Can you say butterflies???!!! :puke:

Butterflies for what? I feel sorry for the competition. They are going to get a good ole fashioned beat down. I know that you'll do great as usual. I look forward to seeing the race on speedvision at 1:00 pm on Aug, 30th. Wouldn't that be great if the commentator calls your name out a few times, while your out there putting on your show. Trey is going to be there as well, right? Good Luck!

No need to be nervous, you are definitely good enough to be out there with them. I am sure you will learn alot from the faster guys as well.

That would be a difficult question for him to answer. Kenny always seems to be able to step his game up to the level of the competion. That is why it's exciting to see him Matt and Trey out there racing at the big events. I wished that Matt was out there as well. I hope that next year when I'm an expert that I can rise to the occasion as well as Kenny has done this year. Remember, he was a novice rider just last year. Alright, I'm getting off his jock now, but I have to give credit when it's due.

based on ccs races my times are 6-9 seconds slower than hayden, disalvo, yates, hacking and gobert. we'll see how it goes, if i can get to within 6 seconds, i will feel as though i accomplished something. if not, who cares, i'm racing against the pros!!! just gonna have fun and HOPEFULLY i'll qualify!!!!

Forget the butterflies man...just go out there and have fun. I'm completely stoked to see a local rider make it to AMA and will be eagerly sitting on the edge of my seat waiting to see your name posted amongst the best riders out there. YOU ROCK MAN!!! :wtg:
