2001 M900Sie w/4,400 miles. Bike was a theft recovery and received a salvage title due to that fact (yes this is currently registered for street use, no it shouldn't be any problems to register in your state. Those are the most common questions I get due to the title status which is clear with a salvage notation - meaning at one time it was considered total loss - theft). This bike has never been down. The bike includes a full Brembo braking system, a cleaned up rearend, Speedymoto clutch cover, bar end mirrors, Carbon Fiber front fender, and a Clear Alternatives taillight with LED integrated turn signals. This bike is like new with the exception of a scuff on the right side of the tank from the shipping company improperly handling the bike. Low price due to the "title status" that everyone seems so concerned about. The Blue Book value on this bike is $6,835. I'm asking $5,100 obo. Call if you have any questions or would like to set up a time to see the bike. (843)412-7778

I think that one of the major reasons of concern here in SC with the salvage title is that you can't get full coverage insurance on the bike. I personally have a couple of salvage title bikes myself, and I'd buy another one in a heartbeat. I keep my bikes garaged and I have a 12 gage with a shell that has in case of theft attempt written on it. That's a beautiful bike so get it advertised and it will sell. Talk to the Champion Ducati folks over in Mt. P they maybe able to help you out as well. Good Luck!

State Farm will fully insure it. :wtg:

I would like to know how because i have tried everything to insure salvage titled bikes and found noone to do it .............i have owned a few and have had a r1 stolen and was a total loss because I coul not get full coverage ...............you can not tell them that it has a salvage title but they will not pay forit when it comes time if the title is branded

I had my '05 Raven R6 stolen and I had comp and liability through State Farm, the only coverage I never carry is collision (I figure if I lay it down I'll fix it). They gave me full retail on it as if it were a clean title, minus my deductible. You should look into it.

That is good info Billy. I have my bikes insured through State Farm in Mt. P and they told me the same thing as they did Chris. My dad in Virginia has a salvage title car that he rebuilt. State Farm would not give him full coverage on it either. What agent are you going through, I might try to get my stuff switched.

Comprehensive, not collision, is what's needed if it's ever stolen.
