What's the cost if someone brings in the wheels and tires, so that they're ready for work?

Also, do you sell tires and/or tubes?

I'm sure someone will need to know sooner or later :)

Bike tires aren't hard to change. If you're having trouble, you're not doing it right. It's technique, not strength, that's required.

You want to see hard to change, try a set of 35's on split-rim wheels. Yuck.
