This is considered a non competitive driving day. Great way to get "seat time" and learn to drive your car fast on the track.
If this is your first Seat time event, you will have to go in the "DE" class which implies Driver's Education. Which basically means you have a small 15 minute class going over flagging and rules followed by many track sessions with a Instuctor who will talk to you during the running of the course and teach you the proper racing lines and help correct mistakes you are making. If you show good skills and track ettiquette, there's a chance you may be released Solo the same day. It costs $225 for the DE class.
If you have attended before AND have been signed off Solo, then it is only $175 for the day.
I'm gonna plan on attending this event, and hopefully Nash will too, as he has expressed interest to me.
