We just released a bike to some guy that lives somewhere. Bad ass shit!!
The horse power that was made was 215hp.
This is for the GSXR 1000 05/06
The is makes the bike a 1204cc motor.
Make in excess of 210hp + 100 ft lb tq
Falicon billet clutch basket
5mm kws-custom JE pistons
+4mm kws crank
Carrillo std. length rods
+5mm pinned block- exclusive kws design
kws big valve head 30x 25
Web-cams kws profile + cam timing
The bike that was released ate zx10s and other gsxr 1000 for fun. The guys would just stop and turn around after the launch.
This is no bullshit.

I will have to double check with Kevin. When we hit 210hp it was on pump gas. The same stuff all of us use everyday. When we hit 215 not sure if it was on VP or not.
All motor!!!
I said race gas as a joke since Randy thinks it's the best thing since sliced bread.

Shade Tree dyno graph of 1994 Honda SA 50 looks indentical to KWS sheet...
(If you move the decimal point two spots to the left)......
Thanks , Burns ...........
So when is Kevin going to build the V-8 BUSA ........?
The pics of the pistons , are those the the new friction pellets by redline ....
I have heard that the piston to cylinder wall clearances were so close you guys could not even get oil in the block. The friction pellet works just like ball bearings correct ?
We have tried the same theory with a lot of Sea Doo engines around here and it works great until you actually start the motor ......

I don't think we are ever going to do a V-8 Busa. LOL!
As far as you asking about Friction Pellets etc, I not Kevin know what your asking there.

Last week KWS sent Owen up to Wisconsin with one of the race bike to Millennium Technologies, one of our biggest sponsors. The Discovery Channel ( I think that is who it was ) was doing some filming on Millennium and what all they are involved in. Owen was interviewed and the race team was talked about. We are giving Disc. channel some clips of the race season to show also. The show this is going to be put on ( whatever it may be called ) is going to air around Feburary and March and will be shown like 50 times I believe. Whenever it happenS I will let you good people know about it. The channels it will be playing on is SPIKE TV, SPEED CHANNEL, FOX SPORT NET, and ESPN2.
maaan shit. i thought this was going to be a post about how yall fixxed my rearsets............ahhhhwww .

KWS is going to be sponsoring more riders. The one rider I can give you the name to now is AMA Prostar Drag Racer Barry Henson. We are building the motors for him. Others are some of the top riders in WERA. Names and the bikes they ride will be told later.
In Supercross the top Priverteer gets a hundred grand for the year. The top priverteer in roadracing get nothing. Kevin has come up with the idea of all the Priverteer team owners get together and throw some money into an account. At the end of the season the top priverteer gets the cash. All that we spoke at the Indy Show loves the idea. So something may be in the works. We have to get the team owners for info on it.
Out of respect for the riders I spoke to I can give no names. i have spoken to riders who have been testing the new Gsxr 600 for the up coming season. They do not like it one bit.

Yeah Geoff May said it deffinatly did not feel like a Suzuki. Only good thing he had to say was the motor was a little better.
