you guys are awesome. i'm getting offers to use vehicles, catch rides from friends that i've never met. i really do appreciate all of the offers, i really do. i just do not want to put anyone out or have anyone go out of their way for any reason. i did a little research and i'm going to "go carta." there's a stop at 9.44 right out the door. i've never utilized carta, so here's my virgin run. thanks again to everyone that offered!!

very uneventful, until the route ended @ the visitor center. i'm not sure how far that is from south end brewery, but it really didn't matter 'cause it looked as though i had swam there. oh well, life's about the journey, right?

resurrection of an old thread........for a good time. some folks already know, but my wife is playing at farringdon (http://www.farringdonbistropub.com/)'s tonight. great atmosphere, awesome beer selection. check out the beer menu. easy 60-80 imported beers, many on tap. yes, they even have the watered down american types. come on out, wether you like bluegrass or not, this is a great place. see you there. dave.
