bout to put the old motor back in the bike

i feel confident with building it back but i will need help on timing.

i just bout a big kawasaki shop manual online but if anyone can lend some knowledge i would rather hear it in person.

is anyone down to lend me some help?

Just line up the marks with the thinga mah jig.

Then put the cam chain tensioner back in.

remove the spring, cause it won't fit. Better yet just take a link out of the cam chain and eliminate the cam chain tensioner all together.

I have seen cam chain block off plates on ebay.

if you fill the cyl with sand, it'll break in faster....
