Hello fellow Charleston riders. I heard that the several of our fellow Charleston CCS racers did pretty well at Daytona this past weekend. From what I understand is that Matt and Kenny, (both of Champion Yamaha) did very well. Both of these guy's placed in the top 20 in several of there races, and Kenny even got a 8th place finish. To me this is pretty amazing. These guys are riding on the new cbr 1000's, with very little seat time on the bikes, and with almost no practice on the new Daytona track. Remember, these guys are riding against the fastest guy's on the east coast. Then there is another guy in town who really did super, super great. Trey Yonce, you'd better get his autograph now. Trust me, this guy is headed to the big times. Anyway, he was racing in the formula extream races. This is the fastest of the fastest guys period, including some of the factory guys. Well, I here that Trey placed as high as 3rd. If you see these guys around town, give them a congrads. Way to go guys!
