I need a place to park my 14' enclosed trailer. Does anyone have a lot or a spot where I could put it?

Even though I was told I'd be fine parking my trailer on my property, the HOA is changing their tune (because of one mouthy neighbor). They gave me the option of planting a bunch of "wax myrtles" (to literally conceal the trailer from that one neighbor; WTF?), or to face fines for having my trailer on my lot. I'm still trying to negotiate, but it's not looking good right now.

civil suit.
even though you signed the HOA agreement, you can still do a civil suit on the neighbor.
its a jackass thing to do, but it'll make her/him probably change their tune.

Why a civil suit against the neighbor? Technically she's right (it's in the Covenants and Restrictions). If anything I should be considering a suit against the people that lied to me, and/or the HOA for trying to beat me up with the rules while letting other people slide - in other words, for not doing their job to the letter.

I can't stand those HOA's. They are the equal to neighborhood Nazi's. They tell you what you can do with your stuff......I don't think so...They always seem to be corrupt in some way...If you become good friends with the president of said HOA, things would be OK, but piss him off, there is no end to the headache he could cause.
Wish I had a place for you...Good luck with the whole deal.

Mike, I'm sure my dad would let you use his property until you find somehting closer. It's off 176 @ sheep island road. About 15 min from crowfield. Let me know if you need to follow up on it.
