Fiddy racing safety gear

Full leathers and sweat you ass off this summer or something like Bohn body armor. I'd hate to trash my AlpineStars leathers at the breakneck speed of a fiddy! :lol:

For the most part we got away with skateboard knee and elbow pads with leather gloves and helmets. Was not too bad. Just on some occasions knee pads would turn and you could dig your knee into the asphalt pretty good.

But a quick trip to Play it again sports or any second hand store will offer up cheap 50 protection.

The skate shops have what you need for a 50, 88 cc kit bikes and your pushing it. Adams 124 machine and you'll regret it.

Maybe would could convince somebody to do leather or mesh shirt to go over pads. Kevlar shorts and knee pads would work just fine.

It's not the riding like DK that would keep us safe...it's staying away from the pissing match track bullies on their big pecker bikes (compensating for something I'm sure). They will rub you wide to get past, or fling an elbow or knee....

lol... i know... i make the same joke.. but its totally worth it the first time you slide across the asphalt at 35mph, get back up, and ride some more.

$200 for mine. I think when it gets to the hott summer months, I'm gonna switch to a mesh armored jacket, and some kind of riding pants with pucks.
