That sounds suspiciously like cold fusion. What I'd like to see explained is, what powers the generator that decomposes the H2O. Presumably it's electricity, and at least thus far, this process hasn't been anywhere near 100% efficient, when it would actually have to be more than 100% efficient to power the car with nothing but water (that is, less energy spent to produce the hydrogen that powers the car and the generator itself, than the generator produces, resulting in a net gain of energy). My guess is that this has to be an electric/hydrogen hybrid, the electricity used to run the generator that powers the car, electricity which is for the most part recharged through some sort of a wall socket charger when the car's parked.
