Well Christmas was rolling along this morning and I was getting lots of cool stuff that my wife had been coordinating through KENNY at Champion Yamaha and hands me the last of my gifts. So as ususal I tear into it thinking it had to be another Yamaha/motorcycle related item because it was pretty heavy. Well it was, so I thought, an OHLINS shock and as expected I go a little numb and had a (how the hell did you know to get one of these) looks on my face.

The answer KENNY. So I bust it open only to find that it was in fact not an OHLINS shock but a STOCK REAR SHOCK FOR A CBR 1000 RR/ #707/KR.

Hummm I'm thinking what the hell is going on here, then it hits me like a FUCKING brick, KENNY races a CBR+his number is 707+ his initials would obviously be KR= ASSHOLE!!!!

It's been a long time since I was fooled into thinking I actually had what was advertised on the box. Man that was the greatest 2 minutes followed by the most angry, pissed off, embarresed, funny couple of minutes of the whole day. So thanks to Champion Yamaha for making this ONE SCREWED UP CHRISTMAS. :wall: :lmao: :wtg:

Yeah Denise told me the story about how funny you thought it would be. If you are open tomorrow I'll bring your shock back. I have a few items I would like to purchase while I'm there. Unless Champion is open today of course.

You can remedy that problem, all it takes is about $1000 and you can have your very own Ohlins. Not much help am I?

My brother Joe gave me a shirt box. When I opened it there was a 06 R6 in the box. He took the Yamaha brochure that was at the HooTERS bike show. Took a razor and cut it out then glued it to a big magnet and then cut that out. It looks great!! So now I have this big R6 magnet on my fridge. :wtg:
