Oil Cooler O-Ring Needed ASAP

Hey guys.

Does anyone have an oil cooler O-ring that will fit an 07 CBR 600RR?

I'm hoping to ride the track this weekend. Without this teensy itsy bitsy piece, I won't be able to. PLEASE HELP.

You might have to call Champion, Velocity, and/or Orangeburg to get that part on such short notice. Is it leaking? If so, it might technically be a warranty issue...

Called. Unfortunately no one has it and will have to have it overnighted. It was leaking.

Found a possible replacement at Pep Boys. Bought two.

if noone has them in stock, the best place to go is charleston rubber and gasket.
they WILL have the right size Oring in stock, made of the right material. and it'll be cheap.

only downside is that you have to either know the size, or bring the part so they can figure out the size.


did you lose the Oring, or tear/flatten it?

heh, beat me to the post.. if the ones you found dont fit, goto charleston rubber and gasket.. they have everything. its great that a resource like them are so close to us...
