Just a quick question. I FINALLY put a full system and a PCIII on my bike, and until I have a chance to take it to KWS to get it tuned I put a downloaded map on it. I hooked up the ole laptop to it just to see how things work with the bike running, and the throttle position does not move on the laptop display with the bike running. When the bike is not running and I hook up the battery pack to the PC III, the throttle position display works just fine when I move the throttle.
Any suggestions, or is this normal?
Sounds like software issue, Check tps with volt meter. Ensure it maps out, resistance is proper when rotated.
Kevin could sort it out or it least have other software to test yours against.
Good luck, other wise we have a bunch of small drill bits to meter the fuel a little better.

LOL. I looked at it and all looks well and as far as I can tell its working just fine, so I wont worry about it until I take it to get mapped and they tell me there is an issue :-) As far as the drill bits go, I bet if I used the right size I could get a nice HP gain...what size do you recommend? :D

Make sure the throttle position is set correctly on the power commander, you can do that easily with your lap top.
