It has been said that someone in the lowcountry has one on order. Big bucks and not street legal!

What a waste of money.
I agree a piece of ____! It take a 1200 to compete with a suzuki 650 v-twin that suzuki didn't even build for racing. I wouldn't turn down sponsor ship to race one though.

It's worse than you think: the engine has 1340cc's :eew:
...still, like you, I'd be a Buell whore for the right money
Imagine what you could do with extra cash you'd save on the Buell and put it towards a real racing bike.

What is funny to me is Buell is not that bad. I know this 0ne is a road race bike. Buell had a man work on one of their bikes last year ( then again he might have been doing it on his own ) if I remember right. Man by the name of Chip Ellis. So he built a drag bike. Went to a big event, broke track record, whipped everyones ass out there. Zx10s, gsxrs, everything.
To each his own. If they want to race, so be it.
oh yeeea I remember that. yea the bike was sick!!!

I have talked to several people that I have raced against that's riding the Buell. They all say make sure the mechanic comes with the bike. They were all sponsered to ride the Buell.

They are like all other Harleys. They will break down no matter what.

Even though the Buell isn't a great bike. I still wouldn't mind having one. It really handes well and it's brakes are the best of any bike out the crate. Plus it's American and it's different. I rented one for an entire weekend in Milwaukee and I actually had a blast on it. It's like riding a SV 650 on steriods. If you like riding bike bore powerful bikes, then this ain't for you.
