OMG...You guys see the lines this morning?
Everyone I've talked to said all the early lines were made up of a lot of Black people.
Do you think it's possible SC goes Dem for the first time?
Who are these "Black people" you speak of? All I see are Americans :wtg:

Oh what the hell....! You guys know what I mean. I said nothing about black people not being Americans. JESUS!
African Americans typically vote Democrat and that's a fact. Since Obama's promising something for nothing politics, he'll get their vote. Except for the small group of African American Democrats that realize he's full of sh*t.
Republicans are typically Caucasin so the majority will vote for McCain. Unfortunately the majority of Republicans don't vote, so that's why he'll probably win.
I'm not trying to start an argument with this thread, so people chill out.

Wasn't geared towards you, just a general statement. Sorry. I see the same thing mentioned on other boards too. I'm glad to see the big turnout...At least it shows that people care and want to make a difference. I just wish we had better choices on the ballot.

I am more than certain there will be a number of Caucasian decedents of African immigrants voting Dem, by definition there are other types of African Americans participating in this election and they don't need hand outs Homie.
Let's see what the polls bring.

I had to wait for PAT to get home from work. He works midnights now, and doesn't get home till 7 AM, then had to get the neighbor boys ready to go since there wasn't school today. They tagged along with us

I find anytime between 2-3:30 to be the best time. It's after lunch and before people cut out of work early to do it. I took a late lunch and my street was lined with cars when I pulled into my house. Once I finished lunch, I drove down the street to vote and there were only 5 people in line in front of me.
I walked in, signed my name, got my card, voted.... less than 10 minutes...

just got back from Voting at Westview Middle school here in the ditch. There was no line and a couple of machines open and waiting. I don't think I was there any longer than 5 minutes.
Almost voted for McCain by accident. I swear I clicked Bob Barr and when I was reviewing my ballot, McCain was checked off. Of course I corrected it and and did get my Bob Barr vote.
I also had to make a painful decision. I had contacted Senator Lindsey Graham's office and Representative Henry Brown's office prior to the final vote on that $700 billion dollar Wall Street bailout. I informed them that if they voted for it, I would not vote for them in the election. Well they voted for it...so it pained me to vote for the two democrats they were running against...but I had to do it. BTW, if anybody was wondering, Senator Jim Demint voted against it, but he was not up for re-election this time.

There's a lot of that going on (machines malfuncioning), thing is, some people won't notice it before closing out the vote.
