Fuck Joe Ralley!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have been listen to 98x some and it sounds like some fucks out there are try to stop tatooing. The city of charleston has decide not to set an area for zoning to allow people to set up shop to get tats done. So no tat shops in the city of charleston.
Now charleston county is have a hearing somewhere tomorrow. they are going to go over 115 amemments. One of them is dealing with zoning for an area to allow tatoo shop to set up. But in the papers it does not even say it is about tats. So what some are thinking is that they are trying to sweap it under the rug and do away with it. So that allow 4 fucks sitting behind a table to decide if we will be allowed to have a tat shops in the local area.
By reading this you may say. I don't understand that man is on drugs. :evillaugh: Well tune in to 98.1 and see listen to what they are talking about this morning.

That is stupid. I will be pissed if they don't allow it. Don't they understand how much this state is losing because most people go to GA or NC or do it in their homes. I am not suprised they are fighting it so hard.
Pricks!!

They are not stopping anyone from getting them, why lose the money? I just heard that SC is trying to pass a bill so the death penelty can be sought for a second sexual offense. If it passes then we will be one of two states that allow the death sentence for anything other than murder. I am a little confused.
So what ended up happening?

I haven't heard anything else on it. Or on the tattooing thing. Personally Riley hasn't stopped anything. I will drive to NC to get one. NC will get the tax money too. Stupid stupid stupid. :wall:
