Jennings TRACK DAY!!!!!! April 23rd 2006

I was going to do it tuesday. i feel confident we will be ok with the 11th. I will secure 20 on the 11th and then make another phone call on friday after that everyone is on there own.

Hey Barry, I was debating on which tires I would feel more comfortable with. We'll have to tread compare what I have on versus those take offs.
I know Keith is excited so is Ricky and Ted. Doug's itching to get that 1000 out there so I know he's gonna have a blast too!!

I would stay Monday but I don't think I'll have enough tire left and I'm not buying a new set until I get back from my deployment. Hopefully the bad weather will hold off.

If you ride all day Sunday and your not worn out I will be suprised my friend. BTW it's only $15 more if you pay on Friday. For those who are going to pay on Friday. Please do not forget to do it by noon. They will not let you slide on this. If I were you I would call before 11:30 am for sure. They are a little casual, so if they take lunch a little early then your screwed.

Well, because Matt didn't get his AMA license in time for Barber, Kenny expects poor conditions and is riding an untested bike, and I have loose ends to tie up at work, I didn't go to Barber.

This means that:

a) I could use a ride to JGP
b) I could use a place to stay around JGP

Let me know what any of you have available, and what my cost share would be.

Failing that, I'll just ride down there, and sleep in a tent.

I really had a great time hanging out with all of you guy's and girls this past weekend. I had a lot of fun watching all of you out there. It takes a lot of guts and skill to get out there in the first place. A lot of you are much better riders than you know. Most of you will immediately realize how much of a better and more confident street rider this will make you. These new skills may aid in saving your life on the street some day. The great thing about this is no matter how fast or slow we went individually everyone comes away with the same results, a lot of fun and increased riding skills. How many people that you meet riding a motorcycle, that can say they have enough skill and heart to race and ride a motorcycle on a road racing course with 50 other people at the same time?

I forget the eqasion but i think kevin told me once that 1 day on the track is worth a year...or was it ten years... on the street. i forget but thought it was interesting.
