Well we were riding at Toogudoo yesterday when Someone had a mishap and decided they would check how deep the marsh was. Anyway We stopped and made sure he was ok then me and Jun left like usual. I got up to around 70-75 and Jun was lagging behind with a car behind him. Naturally it was a cop that eventually pulled us both over.

He told us that if we would have taken off at the same speed and stayed together above the speed limit he could consider that racing and impound our bikes, arrest us with a felony racing charge.

Just be carefull of the police. He was ok only giving me a warning.

How did Jeremy fair after the police showed up?

Spoke to Jeremy last night. I'm sure someone could give you more details, but basically his frame and motor are the only parts of his bike that are still useable. His physical state is fine, bruised but fine.

uhhh that cop came to us and started bitching. He eventually left us alone.

Toogoodoo is a bad road. I almost never suggest going down this road. Jeremy is very lucky that he didn't end up with a 6 point ticket. Do you know how many groups go down that rode on a given weekend? A lot. The residents constantly complain of bikers speeding down that road. Hell, there's even two cops with marked cars that live on the road. It's like rolling the dice. Like Kenny said, stay away from toogoodoo.
