Think your fast, Your not. Think your gonna runaway with it, you wont. Those were some of the things that were going threw my mind when I saw the starting grid for the Solo 20, there were 49 bikes on that grid and I was 27th my team mate was 46th. Needless to say we had our work cut out for us when it was all said and done I ended up 4th and Evan got 11th. I had a shot at third but lapped traffic became a factor and couldn't make a pass. I lapped all the way up to 12th. The next day was alot of the same got a nother 4th in superbike and 7th in the 750 race. The only thing that I can do is train harder, get faster. To all the pepole who came out to watch,Thanx and I promise the next time I will get us a win. :wtg:

I heard those WERA boys weren't any pushovers. Some were even faster than Trey which is saying something. Not going to be an easy season as expected?

Yeah it was a tough weekend for all of us. Matt was running away with his saturday race when his motor gave out on him again, me and Jason started too far back in the grid to really get anything accomplished, but we will remember to pre enter very early next time!!!!!!! :wall:

And it showed Steve. There were some fast boys out there that weekend. One dude ran a 1:13:9 one lap and then followed it up with a 1:13:7 the next lap. His last name was Brown and he was on a suzuki 750. Another guy ran a 1:17:9 on a SS trim SV 650. I tell you what, if your going to race wera you need to bring your A game for sure.

The real diffrence is there are 50 other guys that want to be in front of u and will do anything to get there including wreck u out, stuff u in a corner, push u of the track, elbow u. other than that not much trak days are like practice days relaxed and fun......Racing is like boxing some guys are finese and some are brute force...... I'm a lil of both. :evillaugh:

Racing gives you the thrill of pushing you skills to the limit. If you played any sports then racing gives you that same competition. It's you and your skills against everyone else on the grid. You get pumped up, jitters, etc. A track day is just practice, a race is like getting into the game.

This is so true. I love stuffing people or out braking someone going into a turn. No one belongs in front of me I own the track, so they need to realize this and get out of my way. So I guess that I'm a brute force guy huh?

there is no love out on the track, I used to think I was a bad person for wishing the guy 1 turn ahead of me would crash......... NA...I'm just a road Racer :evillaugh:

If your looking to dramatically improve your laptimes, then racing is your best bet. :wtg:

there is no love out on the track,

That's not entirely true Jason. I love them as long as they are behind me, because that where the losers belong. If they are in front of me then I hate there rotten guts. They will wreck because they cannot be faster than me.
