Anyone able to help with cleaning/adjusting carbs?

I need to clean and adjust my carbs. I'm not even going to try to do this myself and have to take it to someone for a hefty repair bill.. I need to replace a 2' x 8' piece of tin on the roof. I significantly outweigh you and don't want to crack the roof slats.

The job should only take about 1/2 an hour. I'd get my wife to do it (she's willing), but we have a toddler getting into everything right now.
