So sir, how did you do on the bridge run this weekend???

Well I couldn't quit hold the pace as my Kenyan brothers, but I did finish without walking. I didn't train for it this year as I have in the past, so my time was very slow. My best time for the old bridge was 48 minutes. This Sat. was 64 minutes. Not to good time wise but considering that I only ran on 4 occasions to prepare for it, I felt pretty good about it. This year there was a record crowd as you probably already heard. It was a lot of fun.
