This is a bike I bought for my 5 year old son. I made a big F'ing mistake because this thing is fast as Sh!t. :crap:I am not sure what year it is but I was told it was from 99-01 when I was ordering a clutch from Polini USA. the parts are pretty easy to get you just gotta wait on them for a week or two.
I paid $600 for the bike and then put a new clutch in it. The plastics were faded and a little scrathced up so I cleaned it up and painted them to make it look a little better.
My little man has ridden it twice and bothe times he stopped and told me it was scary to ride. This bike will do about 40 with me on it and I am 200 pounds so its not for the beginner rider.
I really don't know much about the bike except its not for my son. Let me know if you wanna take a look at it or I can bring it to Roebling on the 12th of Oct for that track day. I live just off exit 125 on I-26 in Gaston, so i am about an hour outa charleston. This is about 20 minutes before you get to Columbia. Not really sure what it is worth but I would like to get some of my money back. I have more pics if you want them. I am also throwing in a stand, gas can(full of race gas because he has ridden it twice), oil, and a small tool box with some tools.

Bump for any takers. My son is getting mad at me everyday because this thing just sits in the shop. he wants to ride it but I think its way too fast for his skill level. Might even think about a trade of some sort so let me know if someones interested. $500 takes it home too!!!

Why not detune it a bit?

Bring it to Elgin on October the 3rd. There will be plenty of young racers there that may be intrested in it. Hell for that matter, suit-up and ride it on the track with us other grown men on kids bikes.

The only pics I have are on the craigslist ad. I have tried tuning it down some but it just loads up and kills the plug. I really want him to start learning the theory of gear shifting too. I would love to ride this bike out there but the rear shock is set up for someone around 60 pounds and it bottoms out. I could bring my Blata out there but its been sitting on a shelf for a bout 5 years. I might come check you guys out though as I hear it is a riot. thanks for the looks fella's

Instead of tuning the carb, adjust the throttle cable to have a lot of slack. With all that slack, it can only pull the slide open 1/2 or 3/4 way.

I already tried that too, but it has all that Italian throttle crap like that on the polini pocketbikes. He just needs some needs some new wheels. he rode it today some and he is just scared of the 2 stoke sound I think. He likes riding his buddies old piece of junk thats a four stroke. One day but in the meantime this one has gotta find a new home. Any takers or traders????
