Might explain some things to a few folks. Pretty cool.
You can see the spark plug in there also.

that has got to be one of the coolest things that has ever been caught on film. i mean it's one thing to know the operation, but to actually see it slowed down and actually see the intake and combustion strokes is awesome. guess i'm amused by simple things???

I saw a video of a valve train(rocker arm actuated) under a strobe light and I believe in slow motion on tv but have not been able to find it on youtube. It was cool to see how much movement a valve spring has at high rpm.

WOW! I'm amused. :yeah: The valve float was very interesting. I used to operate borescopes for quite a few years doing inspections on pipes, and many other items. Looking into a sprk plug hole at the valve action was something I got to do on a few occasions. I never imagined doing it while it was running. Way cool.
