Unless everyone get's there racing license it would be very difficult to get Carolina. VIR would be very, very expensive and difficult to get on without a license. Roebling is in it height of racing season so it would be very expensive but possible to get on a off day, like a Monday or Thursday. Jennings is very available and will definitely be the cheapest.
