I had a guy pass me on the straight away at roebling with a blown motor and soaked me in oil at a buck fiddy, he didnt make the turn but i did.......... it was awesome:D

You missed the view on the front stretch with them two going into turn 1 side by side :eek:. That definitely was a good race!

Congrats to Kenny for his finishes and Dan did a great job too. There were just a lot more bikes in Dan's classes so he was up against a tough group. The cold weather didn't help a bit either.

It was definitely a great time! Got so see a bunch of CJ members down there, hang out and enjoy some good old fashion racing. Damn, now I wanna go racing!:whistle:

Big thanks to everyone that came down yesterday. It was great to see that support for the Chucktown racers. That was a tough crowd I was running with. In the superbike race, I jumped into 4th by turn 1, and made a pass for 3rd place. I slowly went back 1 place at a time for a finish of 7th. The track surface was cold as witches tit. Come in after the race, and the tires only felt warm.
The superstock race was a combo 2 wave start of experts and novices. I was gridded on the inside of row 11, which put me in 6th starting position. I got a great start and ran well, but got stuck behind a guy that I could not get around. My front tire was damn near touching his back tire thru alot of turns. On the last lap, a guy snuck under me in turn 6, and held me off for the finish. I ended up 8th in superstock.
I've got to get better on my braking. I know I'm sticking with all of them in corner speed. Next track day will be braking tests.

Thanks again to everyone coming out. That was a great confidence booster. :yeah:

Definetely was a good weekend for all i think,was good to see some of the Chucktown crew there.
