I'm lookin to buy a new truck, and seems that I can't find what I want. I found one at Rick Hendrick, but they wanted 10k over book for it, and wouldn't come down for nothin on price. So I wanted to know if anyone knew of a good place to look/buy a good truck at. I'm lookin for a 06 or so 3/4 ton so if anyone knows of one I'd appreciate the tip.

its not new, but i've got an 03 chevrolet 3500, dually, 6.6l diesel, 105,000 miles, crew cab, heated leather, power everything, turnover ball gooseneck hitch, uws deep toolbox. (economy forced us out of the horse business, therefore i don't need a truck of this caliber, anymore).

Dum thanks for the offer but a dually is to much truck. All I ever pull is cars and a skid loader a couple times a year.
I'm actually not partial to brand. Specifically I want an 04-06 cummins (preferably with a 6 speed manual), 05-06 duramax, or 05-06 powerstroke.

These are very good places to find down to earth pricing and also invoice pricing on any vehicle you could want. I used them for reference when I bought my new Tacoma last year

a 2wd is better than a 4wd on gas usually (usually a 4wd has 4:10 gears too)
farmers & construction workers need 4wd,
but just for towing, a 2wd is fine. just stay out of where you should NOT be
ask me how i know :(
