Well Kinda...
I am turning my 1000rr back to a street bike in preparation for selling it. So I am selling the track stuff as a package to someone who wants to save some money in converting their bike to a track bike.
What you get:
Used Hotbodies bodywork. (condition: 7 out of 10) Full set including matching tank cover. It has been crashed and repaired, the paint job looks good, but there are many marks and scratches from extensive use. The tail section mounting tabs have broken off so it is held on by zip ties (can be fixed easily). Like I said this bodywork is used, but it looks pretty good and does the job. (retail $500 +$250 for paint job)
Stock forks reworked with Ohlins 20mm superstock valves and 1.0 ohlins springs. (Condition: 9/10) *not the 25mm kit* This will be for an exchange for your stock forks. These forks were professionally reworked by CTR suspensions and work well. Again this is a swap for your good condition (i.e. non-bent) stock forks. (Retail $650)
Vortex Adjustable rear sets (condition: 7 out of 10) These are used and have been crashed. They work well and do not look bad at all. The brake lever was bent during a crash and straightend with a vice later. These are fully functional. This is will be an exchange for your stock rearsets + linkages. (Retail $300)
Spare set of stock wheels (condition: 8 out of 10) used many times and have cosmetic blems from the various tire changers used at the track. They are fully funtional and include rotors and sprocket carrier w/ pretty much brand new vortex +1 sprocket. (Retail $ 500 or so)
I am selling all of these as a package because they will not add any value to my bike when I sell it and I think someone else will get good use out of it.
I am not really interested in selling the parts individually, but if you want to make a good offer I may consider it.
$1000 plus shipping (retail would be well over $2000)
