Formula for figureing carbuerator or throttle bodies cfm rate,
cubic inches of motor multiplied by max RPM, divided by 3456.

That's about it for me...I'm done

Formula for figureing cc's of an engine;

radius of bore x radius of bore x stroke x pi x # of cylinders, divided by 1000

example;
19.5mm x 19.5mm x 41.4mm x 3.14 x 1, divided by 1000 = 49.43cc's (my honda 50)

For cubic inches to liters;

Take your cubic inches, and divide by 61.02.

example;

350 cubic inch chevy, divide by 61.02 = 5.73 liters

Default Being an Old Honda Race Team

mechanic, what are you attempting to build, type of racing, bike, rules......I can make ungodly amounts of horsepower from a engine, provided you wallet can stand it. But if you can't get it to the ground and then control it, it's all useless. We use to say as we watched smoke boil off the rear tire.........money up in smoke.

I
worked for Freddie Spence in 82+83 in Grand Prix, then for 2 years for
Cale Yarborough in NASCAR. I know a thing of two about making things go fast....
